Terms of Service Policy
By reserving a Golden Bee Maids experience, you delightfully agree to the following:
Access & Safety
• Water and electricity must be on for your visit—without power, our magic cannot sparkle!
• Please ensure no other service providers (contractors, movers, etc.) are present during your scheduled cleaning. Our Buzz Crew thrives in a safe, uninterrupted environment.
• For safety and insurance reasons, our team does not climb ladders or step stools. Areas beyond reach will be gracefully skipped.
Walls & Cabinets
• To protect your home’s surfaces, we do not wipe walls, as cleaning products may cause unintended damage.
• If cabinet interiors are part of your selected add-on, kindly empty them beforehand so we may lavish them with care.
Fridge Care (Optional Add-On)
• Should you choose fridge cleaning, our team will thoughtfully empty, cleanse, and return all items—ensuring your refrigerator gleams inside and out.
Payment & Authorization
• A temporary payment authorization will be placed on your card the evening before your service to confirm available funds.
• We accept credit and debit cards only; cash, checks, or third-party payments are not permitted.
• Full payment is processed once your home has been transformed by our Golden Bee Team.
Booking & Scheduling
• Appointments are secured exclusively through our booking system.
• Cancellations after 5:00 PM the day before your service will incur a $50 fee. Rescheduling requires a $25 adjustment fee.
• To protect our talented team, clients may not hire or solicit Golden Bee Maids staff for personal side jobs. A $350 finder’s fee applies for violations.
Confirmation
• Appointments must be confirmed with payment details and access instructions by 8:00 PM the night before your scheduled visit. Slots not confirmed may be gracefully released to others.
